Commitment to Community
Our business prospers in large part from giving back to the community. One of the main ways we do this is with our urban farm project– the Flint Street Farm. A former barren lot that we have transformed into a neighborhood centerpiece, the farm is adjacent to our headquarters in downtown Reno. We grow and donate thousands of pounds of vegetables and hundreds of bouquets of flowers annually to local food banks and food justice projects and offer educational programs for youth. By greening what had been an urban eyesore, and feeding those in need, the farm is a critical part of Rubik.
